Edgewater Preschool is a child-orientated program that includes monthly themes based on the interests of the child. The themes range from School Days in September and include everything from Space, Dinosaurs, Circus, Me Myself and I, Transportation and many more themes. Each month a newsletter is sent home with the child, introducing the new theme and allowing the parent some insight into what the child will be doing in the coming weeks.

Each theme is center orientated, with the child being encouraged to work in all the centers – from the writing/reading center to the math center, block center, drama center etc. Pre-reading, pre-math, pre-science and an early introduction to french are all offered.











Each theme offers the child a new glimpse into the world around them. We have a wide range of puzzles and other fine motor activities, ranging from the simple to the complex. As children progress, more challenging materials are made available. Children try out new roles in dramatic play, get involved in large and small block building and various construction materials, explore the science and nature tables.


Our hours are Monday to Friday 9:30 a.m. till 11:30 a.m.
The cost per month is: $160.00

There is a $40 non refundable administration fee at the time of registration.

The Open House and Registration will be done in March... it is advisable to make an appointment as soon as possible in January as space is limited.
